Cara membuat:
Belah sawi membujur menjadi dua.Taburi sedikit garam, remas-remas hingga agak layu. Cuci bersih, tiriskan.Bumbu: Campur bumbu jadi satu.Taburi sawi dengan bumbu hingga ke sela-sela sawi.Taburi potongan kucai.Diamkan kimchi sampai minimal 1 hari agar bumbu meresap.Untuk 6 porsiKalori : 528,9 kkal - 88,15 kkal/porsi
