Jakarta - Meskipun hari Valentine sudah berlalu bukan berarti Anda tak bisa menyajikan sesuatu yang istimewa. Coba saja chocolate yang lembut membelai lidah ini. Rasa pekat cokelat beradu dengan gurih lembut krim hmm... yummy!

Bahan:
200 g dark compound chocolate, potong-potong
2 butir telur ayam
20 g gula pasir
1/2 sdm cokelat bubuk
200 g fresh cream/krim segar
Pelengkap:
Whipped Cream
Cokelat serut/bubuk

Cara membuat:

Tim cokelat hingga leleh. Angkat, sisihkan.Kocok telur dan gula hingga agak pucat.Tuangkan ke dalam cokelat hangat, aduk hingga rata.Tambahkan cokelat bubuk, aduk rata.Kocok cream hingga kaku.Masukkan ke dalam campuran cokelat, aduk rata.Tuang ke dalam gelas-gelas saji.Simpan dalam lemari es hingga keras.Sajikan dingin dengan Pelengkapnya.Untuk 6 buah

Resep Cokelat: Double Chocolate Mousse
Foto: detikfood Jakarta - Dengan waktu yang singkat, dessert cokelat yang lembut mengelus lidah ini bisa Anda sajikan untuk tamu. Rasa cokelat yang pekat dan sedikit pahit justru membuat dessert ini makin enak saja. Dijamin segelaspun tak akan cukup!

Bahan:
Chocolate Mousse Basic:
50 g kuning telur
50 g putih telur
40 g gula pasir
350 g dark chocolate (Manjari Chocolate Valrhona)
450 gr whipped cream (kocok 50% pengembangan)

Cara membuat:

Lelehkan cokelat pada suhu 55 C.Kocok putih telur hingga kaku.Tambahkan gula, kocok hingga kental.Kocok krim hingga lembut.Aduk sepertiga cream dengan cokelat leleh dan kuning telur.Campur dengan putih telur dan sisa krim.Aduk rata.Tuang ke dalam gelas-gelas saji.Untuk 10 gelas (90 gr/gelas)
