Bacon Sage 'n Dill Thanksgiving Stuffing

Bacon, fresh sage, fresh onion, fresh dill, and fresh roasted turkey Pan Juices gives a very "down home" flavor to this festive stuffing. We always use a very high-quality Sourdough Bread (my favorite to use in a stuffing is Potato-Rosemary Artisan bread). We usually start cooking stuffing when the Turkey has almost finished cooking, to get the pan juices. Local Butcher Shops and Delis sell Turkey pan juices around Thanksgiving, also.
